Do you know a potential leader?
The Public Health Institute (PHI) has been implementing the Adolescent Girls’ Advocacy and Leadership Initiative (AGALI) since 2009. AGALI focuses on the health, human rights, and socio-economic well-being of adolescent girls and young women. We have selected participants from a diverse group of countries in Latin America and Africa. These leaders work in the following fields:
- human rights
- sustainable development
- sexual and reproductive health
- youth development
- environment
- natural resources management
- public policy
- advocacy
- outreach
- media and communications
- education, and other related fields
We request that you do us the favor of sharing this information with leaders who meet the attached selection criteria, and informing other organizations that might have potential candidates for AGALI.
We are not currently accepting applications for AGALI. However, if you know of a leader from one of our focus countries who you wish to recommend to the program, please send us their name, organization, position, telephone number, and email address at eteitsworth (at) phi (dot) org or using the form below so that we can get in touch with them directly about future opportunities.
